I'm 16 and i've been playing sports all my life, i've played baseball since i was 6 and basketball and football when i was younger.
Currently i'm running track and playing baseball for my highschool, but i'm starting to think that a sport like tennis would be perfect for my quickness and arm strength.
My good friend is on the varsity tennis team at school and suggested that i try it next year, and he is taking me to play for the first time in two days, is it a hard sport to pick up for somebody who is athletic? What are some pointers to help me for my first time? (i don't know what kind of racket i'll be using, i'll be using the extra one he has)
