Tennessee Video Rental Laws?

Are there any laws that a video rental store can use to its advantage when requiring videos to be returned? Such as a certain time period between the rental and being forced to press charges? I think there is a Tennessee Lease law, like failure to return leased merchandise or something like that. Any information will be helpful.
