Ok, your soul isn't that dark, but with Halloween coming up, now's a fine time to dress up your copy of Firefox. Last weekend we posted a link to seven dark Firefox themes, and the comments blew up with cheers, jeers (ok, mostly jeers) and better alternatives. So, our Firefox-loving new intern Asian Angel went ahead and rounded up the best of the best from your suggestions in that comment thread. Save your eyes from glare and darken your Firefox install with one of these sleek themes.
Unless otherwise noted, to install a theme, click on the "Add to Firefox" button and restart your browser. The themes look different on the Mac than on Windows; all screenshots from Windows Vista.

Asian Angel notes: This one gives you options for color choice. To go with the dark version, you have to make an about:config tweak. Set signed.applets.codebase_principal_support to true, then after restart, right-click on the theme in the addons window and select "About" in order to change to Dark Noia Theme (you will be asked to approve changes), then restart again to activate dark theme.

To uninstall a theme, in Firefox's Add-ons dialog, in the Themes tab, choose the default and hit the "Use theme" button.
