My right temple twitches pretty often. I have been researching a bit on the internet for similar problems. I have read that the neck issues could be causing the twitching. The thing that worries me the most is how OBVIOUS it feels when the tightening of my right temple muscles happens. Sometimes I get get a headache, but the headache is like near the top or back of my head. The headache has not been severe, just VERY evident at times. When it occurs, I feel as though there is a problem which should be addressed due to the way that it feels.
My neck problems begin at C3,C4,C5,C6 and C7. Surgery has been recommended, however I have found that a chiropractor relieves my pain suffering faster than anything else. Surgeons do not recommend chiropractor, but due to results which I feel immediately from the chiropractor, this is what I personally choose.
My sister also has neck problems and has undergone surgery. She swears it really didn't do her any good. She still has all the pain. The surgeon basically told her that she could be paralyzed if she didn't have surgery.
I really hate to undergo surgery with no improvement. I am looking for other people that may be similar to my situation. Thanks and I look forward to any suggestions and/or input.
