i bought a ractive temperature gauge, i did everything it said to install it. i already had a temperature sensor near a heatercore hose on the block. so i replaced the sensor and used that spot. the gauge has 4 wires. 1 for the sensor, 1 to constant power, 1 to ignition power and a ground i hooked up the ground right and the sensor and ran a wire straight to the battery i tested a wire that had no power when the ignition was off and full power when the ignition was on. my problem... when i turn on the lights, or heater or anything that uses a good amount of power makes the gauge read like 5 degress hotter what did i do wrong???
