I'm on Telus pre-paid, I've only had it for a month, and the guy at the store put money on it, so I don't really know when to. I got Unlimited Texting for a month, and in the next couple days, it'll be exactly a month since I bought my phone and got the texting package, so do I need to top up on that day (like on the day exactly after a month)? I should have unlimited texting until that day?
I'm not sure because I have an extra four dollars on my phone, so once the package is "gone" I'll still be able to text a bit (I just don't want to waste that money, I want to get the unlimited texting package again for this month).
My online account is telling me that the unlimited texting isn't listed as the feature I have now, but I've texted today and my account balance hasn't been affected.
Do I still have the package? Will I lose my texting package (for the month) on the exact day after I topped up (no sooner)? And should I always top up exactly after one month has passed (since I last topped up) ?
