Hi i am just passing the 9 month mark with my 3 year smartphone contract with telus. my apartment was broken into and along with many other things they took my HTC hero. I called telus and they want me to continue to pay my bill of 56$ a month until the contract is over or buy a blackberry from them for 300$.They also stated that i can get a system upgrade after 1 year of the contract. What can i do? Whats the whole concept of a system upgrade?
