I've been a Telus customer for 8 yrs, and my contact recently expired.
To keep me, the retention department offered me the following for 67$ + tax/month:
200min daytime
unlimited after 5pm
10 favorite # nationwide (unlimited anywhere in Canada)
6 gb data
unlimited txt
caller ID, conference, call waiting
voicemail 10
The phone i want costs 150$ for a 3yr term contact (HTC Desire HD), which which they don't want to give for free (3 yrs ago they did)
as an option, i can add unlimited incoming for 10$, which will bring the bill to 77+tax
My question is, is it worth it or can i get something better elsewhere, because i feel like i don't get anything special about this plan for the price i'll pay. Thanks
