Telus mobility ringtone not being sent to phone?

I was on the telus mobility store on my pc and downloaded a ring tone. After purchasing, an option came up that said "send to device"so I clicked it. A few seconds later, my phone gets the alert as though ive gotten a text but, nothing is there. I was signed in with my account when purchasing the ringtone. I checked my downloaded ringtones in my phone and it hasn't showed up there either. Can asomeone help me please..lol
