Telus cell phone company problem?

I've been through 5 phones with telus all have had problems, i clearly realize it was a mistake ever signing up with Telus and going on a 3 year contract for a VERY good deal. I've called customer service tonnes of times used to call them at least once a week I usually get my phones from a telus store, just got my Samsung Intensity from a futureshop for a change and it still needs repairs. This company is just giving me so much hell and i've taken good care of all my phones all had cases to put them in minor scratches and not from dropping them on concrete or anything hard either/no water damage. All just have had text msging, freezing, not recieving calls...all that jazz. This is just unacceptable to be paying a phone bill with them and the only way to get out of this is to pay them $400 to buy out of this contract sorry but they should be paying me. I've talked to people way high up in the company, very rude and still nothing without paying them more than i already have.
On my last year and a half, goes to show how long i been dealing with this i can't take it anymore, i seriously feel and heard telus say they've done there best...hmm bs.

Is there anything i can do or am i screwed because this is to rediculous for words :( (ps. i really wanna switch Rogers)
