The pearl 3G for rogers and telus was announce today and coming out in a month or two. wait for that. do NOT get the old pearl! other then that the plan is good and blackberrys are good

I am planning on getting the Blackberry Pearl from Telus for my thirteenth birthday. The 2 year term would be great. My cousin has one and I think it's really cool. I would get the Blackberry Social plan. It has everything I need and want-unlimited text messaging, windows live messenger, 150 minutes, 5 favorite numbers for NATIONWIDE calling which means alot to me because I travel to different parts of Canada (Canadian) and my family and I are really close! I would like to know, do you believe that this is a good plan and a good phone for a teenager? Thanks!
