Tell me what this movie is please!!!

Hi

Im desperate to find out what this movie is. I watched it years and years ago and I have searched everywhere to try and find it but cant and its annoying me.

Basically from what i remember its about a group of blokes who live near the bush in America and they kidnap guys that are in the area, take them to the bush and hunt them. Like human kills in the bush. I dont remember why but i thought Van Damme was in it but i have googled all his films and thats come up blank.

Does anybody know what it is? Thanks
 
If it is not "Hard Target," as the above poster mentioned; then the only other film I can think of is, "Surviving The Game (1994)"
 
all based on 'the most dangerous game' which was made by the director of the original king kong. they even used the same jungle sets and most of the cast. the film is RIPE for a remake i think
 
Thank you all for your help. It was Surviving the Game. You do not know how long i have been trying to figure out what that movie was. As for me thinking it was Van Damme- I actually must have meant Ice T.
