Recently I've gotten into classical music, my problem is that I never know waht hte songs im listening to are called. so if you guys can tell me the best known, or best songs, id appreciate it
the most widely listened to is probably Baroque and Classical. hope that helps some. i started playing violin when i was 10 and i still haven't found every piece i like. good luck!
If you have recently seen V for Vendetta (Which could have been much better ), the song featured at the end is known as the 1812 overture by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. It is played at many 4th of July concerts too. This is one of the most well known classical music pieces. Also, various Beethoven symphonies are quite popular and extremely good. I recommend any type of Mozart if you are studying.
