my neighbor bought a honda civic ,and he says that it is not economic ,I don't know but it says 25 in the city and 36 in the high way ,is this a lie or it is true?

honda civics are very good cars they are reliable and have good gas mileage you cant make a decisions based on one person opinion neither you should get into one and drive it for yourself then you will know for sure that the civic is a good car.
