Tell me about the H20 Twin Engine Harley Davidson is coming out with, is it

water cooled, Japanese design? HD's 96 inch engine will never receive EPA emission approval beyond 2010 so its going to be replaced with the new H20 Twin Engine?
Tell me about the H20 engine, what size is it, is it going to be quiet, water cooled, fuel injection?
