tell girlfriend about my past?

I would trust her with my life and we have a lot in common when it comes to this. we both dont know our real fathers. we have both had our step fathers in our lives since we were 1 and 2 and they have given us more than we could ask for. she has told me about her real father and how she hasnt seen him even and he has tried to see and and stuff. but she thinks my stepdad is my real father. i want to become closer to her but do you think this is taking it too far. its something that i have nver told anybody outside of family and i really dont like to shed light on. should i tell her to take make us closer together or just save it. we have been together 3 months
