He's kind if Irish, and his name is Sean. His wife is blonde, kinda sassy. They're both about a notch above Dan and Roseanne Connor when it comes to sophistication. They have three kids, I don't exactly remember what they look like, but the youngest was a boy (about 8?) and he had dark brown hair. This is a modern sitcom, about the early 2000s. I remember several episodes so if the above description doesn't ring a bell, I'll add more.
