Are there any theories or laws which prove that teleportation is impossible without the presence of wormhole?

Anything is possible. It all boils down to probability. Some things are likely and other not very likely. Some possibilities are so remote that we'll never see it in a billion billion years, however, that does not mean it is impossible. They say it is impossible for humans to travel at the speed of light. Well, at one point they've said that for just about every other great problem we've had. Math is one thing, putting it to test is another.

how would you know a wormhole involves teleportation. it may as well just be a long tunnel with a gravity strong enough to pull you from one place in space to another.

true teleportation involves breaking matter into millions of atoms and connecting them together on the other side.

I WOULD SAY ITS POSSIBLE but ...doubt its gonna happen in our lifetime.

YES. It IS possible.
its called quantum teleportation or is it entanglement? I'm not sure.
(its not faster than the speed of light)

we can "teleport information" between quantum particle "twins" stretched over miles,
but we can't teleport something like the whole particle or even atoms. objects and people are out of the question.

_that_ might actually be impossible. information between twins is one thing, just image taking each particle, in each atom, in each molecule, in each object, recording their characteristics, breaking them ALL down in a quantum state, , moving the information and recreating it.......... piece by piece and in the right places.
