Telefonica AX72 with (!) network problem

I recieved 3 pcs of siemens AX72 with spanish operator (Telefonica). I make test point and unlock with last Joker, no problems. Now all phones register ok in my home network but when I try to make calls it sais "No service". In the left of the operator log you can see the signe ( ! ) and the signal bars blink .... HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS.

1 - I reflash phone (with Protect Bcore marked and unmarked) with BB-gsm flashes and recalc all key. NOTHING
2 - I reflash the phone by parts, like solution for some A31 with same problem. NOTHING
3 - I dissable GPRS. NOTHING
4 - I flash the phone with diferent version of flash files. NOTHING

I think it's not NETWORK OPERATOR trick becouse I have seen another AX72 working in my home network.

PLEASE HELP to everybody that have had this same problem!!!!!!!!!!

...if you wrong cut way (to make testpoint for flashing / unlocking) and phone message is "No Network", you need to repair it using the wire connection (see in the picture.)..
