When I first heard about this getting released, I wasn't sure if it would work or not, considering the disasters we have had in the past, like Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat.

Now despite them having Luke Goss in this film, I have to say that it is 1 of the best game to movie conversions that I have ever seen.

Oh and the actresses who play the part of Nina Williams, Christie Monteiro, Kara. Are very very nice .

I thought the first MK movie was great. The best movie based on a videogame IMO

I just watched it. It was about what I expected it to be. A solid 3/10.

I've watched most of the film (i have 10 mins left to see).The film has alot of issues, which i really don't want to go into. It's a shame because i was initially very excited by the ideas and the vision they had for the movie. But oncer i saw the trrailer, my hope died.

I rate the film 4/10.

Mortal Kombat was great one of Paul Anderson's good films and one of the best game to film adaptations ever. I have Tekken in my list at Lovefilm and that was more because of Luke Goss who was the best thing about Blade II. The "trailer" made for a Mortal Kombat re-boot looks fantastic, I hope a studio picks it up.

This film was just bad, as a long time player of the games, this film just goes out of it's way to just mess up and not make sense, that's some achievement, at least Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat related to the actual plot of the games!
