Hi all, I have a TJM but cant find the book that goes with it.
Could someone could take a look and advise me of the amount of time takes for 1kg soft fruit like blueberries to express juice for making jelly.
I would also grateful for the timings for 1 kg hard fruit with citrus peel in as well. Can you help?
