I have just seen an accident were a cyclist with no lights(probably) got hit by a car, yet as I drive by the incident and drive a little down the road there are 2/3 more kids on bikes in the middle of a busy road with no lights, yet the police do nothing! These kids are dicing with death and it seems no one cares, surely their parents should get nicked for letting it happen. If we hit one(car driver) we'd be gutted, what do you think?
