So I read up on how if a teenager runs away, police can't legally do anything unless a law is broken.
I've been thinking about hitchhiking up to my moms house, because my dad wouldn't drive me to the airport if she bought me a ticket. What would happen here? Would the adult just get charged for kidnapping? Or what would happen once I cross over the state lines?
