He should have an established bed time. This means that he is to be in bed at a specific time and no TX or Xbox after that time is set. Should he violate this, the TV and the Xbox privileges are taken away for a specific amount of time.
My sons have a bed time of 10:00pm on week nights and weekends its 10:30pm unless they are with friends then there curfew is 10:00pm and lights out at 10:30pm. No TV or PS after 10pm. If they break bed time....the TV and PS are taken up for what I determine. If they argue, the time is more. I do this with my sons vehicles also. If curfew is broken....no car for my determined time. My sons don't like it but they know my house rules and they are to live by those rules.
