Teen Hangouts in soutside, jax fl?

I'm 13 and i wanna go out with my friends today but I can't think of anywhere to go. I kinda wanna go to a place like skate station, that's locked-in, sorta, and my parents will let me out to without being worried. And not the mall......I can't go there.


any ideas?
