Teen girls camps??? (NON-SPORTY)?

Looking for a teen girls camp preferably somewhere near a beach or in the south that doesn't focus on sports and athleticism, but more into cooking/arts or surfing. Can be coed. No day camps, only 2 or 3 week sessions. Would like camp to be located on a campus or college, not in woods or near mountains. More details later.
