and basically making it impossible for nominees to express their opinions on anything. We saw with Roberts, Alito, and now Kagan. They don't answer any questions, we have no idea who they are, and all of the 5-4 rulings are a clear sign of that corruption and politics have found their way into the SC.
 
So do you dislike Teddy now that he's dead?

Were you complaining about this for conservative nominees?
 
The entire system is garbage. This wouldn't a problem if the Senate would simply refuse to approve nominations from any candidate that refuses to answer questions, but given that they're all in each rabroad
her's pockets, the balance of power becomes compromised and we get the clusterfuck we have today. The whole political system is trash and, at this point, only exists for the elites of society to grease each rabroad
her's palms.
