Techno song that describes the process of making music?

I remember hearing the song before, but can't remember where. One of the notable things about it is the way it starts.

It starts with a guy explaining the beat of a song, and saying "Bass, hit, bass bass hit" or something along the lines of that. Then as he repeats it, the same rhythm he's saying is being played at the same time.

I've tried many, many tomes to fine this, but keep getting frustrated from the results of my searches since almost none of them have led me a step closer to finding it.
