Yesterday, my coach told me that on Monday, were gonna have sprinting exam. Well, I'm not fast, but not too slow. I always end up being in the 4-5th place out of ten.
The course is about 10 metres wide. We have to go to the end of the course, return back, do it 5 times.
I'm looking for techniques, like your starting position, your arm, your steps, etc. Not trainings, because I only have only a short time.
