tech question - how do you put a flash game on excel?

I want to be able to play games at work and I wont be able to get online all the time...help me do something in my downtime please.
well...i have pacman and mini golf games on an excel spreadsheet...i want to do that with a racing game...if you give me your email address i can send them to you so you can get a better idea.
and tetris
and when i right click on the game in excel it says "about adobe flash player"
 
you can't put flash games into excel files, that's just completely different software and they have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
