It's basically a very user-friendly remote desktop application. Both parties install it, and it gives you each a unique ID. Whichever party will be the "host" gives the ID to the other party who is allowed limited or unlimited access to the control of the other's desktop (depending on your choice of setting). It's very functional, and incredibly helpful for dealing with non-savvy pc users who need your help.
"Alright, Aunt Janie. You downloaded it, right? Ok, click "install". *waits* Ok, now what does it say your ID is? Ok, I'm in. Now give me a minute while I try and fix (insert problem here)."
