Im just completing my freshman year of college right now and im not sure what I want to do. I originally wanted to teach high school physics because I loved the things i learned in my class. When i took it though, too much of it was memorizing equations not problem solving, what I like.
I have ADD and enjoy learning by doing rather than by reading about it or listening to lectures. This is why i think culinary school might be better for me. I haven't had the best success in my classes so far and im sure that it's because they dont interest me. I can do very well in things that are very interesting to me.
If you work in one of the two fields (or have worked in both, which would be awesome) it'd be great if you could provide your own pro-con list of working in the field, education, salary, ect.
Thanks so much in advance,
Zac
