So I'm planning on completing a bachelors in secondary science education at the University of Kentucky in about two years and I'm hoping to then start teaching in California public schools. Assuming I've passed all of the praxis and passed the test to be certified in my subject areas (probably math and science) and such I was wondering if anyone might know what the viability is of getting hired by a school district and then getting my teacher certification on the job.
