Teaching English for international business and trade?

I am a guest lecturer and I am going to teach English for international business and trade. Well I have no idea how to formulate my course outline as this course is broad and I want to scope it down. Please suggest me in what context I may teach to my adult ESL learners. What Chapters should I consider> is it possible to make this course reading, writing, listening, speaking.
ESL teacher suggestions are more useful {US, Canada, Australia}
Thank you very much.

Hi
You could Begin by dividing it into Communication Skills first.
Telephone Communication:
Receiving calls , enquiries, appointment making, booking flights etc
Meetings: agenda. agreeing disagreeing interruptions etc.
Presentations: Opening, body, questions , tips
Negotiations: resolving difficulties. asking for a rise, difficult clients.
Also Cultural aspects of business etiquette.
Allow for plenty of group work and practical tasks and role play, let them research cultural differences.
