Has anyone had success with doing tea forms? My specific thing is "social anxiety", just being really really insecure basically.
My worst belief/negative thought is "I'm socially inept", but unfortunately all the evidence in my past points to that being true so I'm not quite sure how to counter that (though of course I know that believing it's so is the only thing that causes it to be true). How can I counter that?
