Why are most films on TCM from MGM? I know Time Warner own most of MGM's back catalogue but surely there should be a lot more Warner Bros films shown as well?

TCM already do show a lot of Warner Bros films. What's ever weirder is in Germany they have TCM and MGM channels.

Whats also annoying/interesting as a lot of the films on TCM (uk) are not available to buy on DVD.
Such as 'The Liquidator' , 'Brass Target' , 'Dark of the Sun' , & 'Marlowe'
Which if priced at a fair price I would have in my collection
