Tazorac not working anymore! Any Suggestions?

Hi all. About 6 months ago, my derm. put me on Tazorac cream for my adult acne. I'm a 34yo female and still have recurring large cyst-like pimples on my chin and nose. After the initial "getting worse" phase that they warn you about, my face cleared up beautifully and I was very happy with the results. Unfortunately over the last month, my face has become worse than ever and I've had several large pimples that have lasted forever! I made an appointment for next week to see the derm, but I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions or a similar experience. FYI - the only other things I use on my face are Clearasil face wash and a noncom. lotion the derm gave me. Thanks!
 
you need to cleanse and detox your body. if you are in your 30's, no amount of washes and topical creams will work in the long run. try eating healthy and taking vitamins.
