Taxi service from Harrisburg to State College?

I plan on visiting penn state and am having difficulty finding an easy way to get there. I plan on taking an amtrak line from Penn Station (New York) and end up at Harrisburg. Are there any taxis that will travel from Harrisburg to State College? Also how much would the taxi cost?
