ok, so my husband and I did our taxes on turbotax, who by the way claimed that we could do our taxes for free BUT IT WAS A LIE! The charge you at the end!!
Anyway.. so we did them almost a month ago.. and the money was supposed to be deposited into our account, so it was only supposed to take about 2 weeks.. well, i went back to check it since it had been a month and it said there was an error and that my birthday was wrong.. i looked on there and it seems like it's something wrong with turbotax and its something that they screwed up.. so what can i do?
It said on there to fix my birthday, which i cant realy do since it's correct or to mail my taxes info.. but that will take like 6 weeks!!
I need the money soon but I dont necessarily want to pay again for someone to do them, since I already did them!
What can I do to make it go faster and it says that turbo tax won't give me back my money, even though they are the ones that screwed up!
Any ideas???
