I pay child support to the state of Indiana but I filed my state taxes in Ohio. I have already recieved my direct deposit state refund. Does this mean I will recieve my federal refund or will it go towards child support?
Well my wife cheated on me and left me when I was in Iraq. She took my two kids and left the state soon after she started collecting support. She's not even getting the support now. I have no idea what state my kids are in. Social services won't do dick and I have no money for a lawyer but I still continue to pay support.
