Alright I am registering for finacial aid fro 2011-2012 school year and one of the questions is asking which tyoe of income tax return form my parents get (1040, 1040a, 1040ez) on the tax return paper I see all of these options so I don't know which one is right. Where does it usually say on the tax return paper which form it is?
