The ex called and said he filed taxes but of course its all going to back child support... He said I would get it of course he wanted a favor of a "loan". The question is his other kids mom gets welfare he owes some back support to that case..I don't receive aid. does the whole return get divided between the cases (or moms) or is it all taken to pay back the aid she recieves? I know I could just wait and see but I'm curious.
