Taurus Advice help question from yesterday rephrased?

Taurus question reworded so it i clearer. I would appreciate Taurian PERSONAL view, rather than something based on our synastry, as ive done all that and he is "strong" in Taurus trates (Not just Taurus sun), irrispective of whether it is from a western or vedic standpoint. Our planets are not incompatable. The actual question is,how would you as a Taurus feel, react and what would you be expecting and wanting from the person described below, if you were in the following situation: I as a non vein reserved person havs a lot going for me in temrs of house,car, knowledge,spirituality, loving,giving, affactionate, caring, motivation, indiendance, in a top self motivated career position, dressed up elegantly daily but no make up and natural flowing hair, subtle perfume, a gourmet chef and homebaker in the kitchen, table always spread, attentive, no nosence, focused, bad tempered but only when troubled, space loving and doesnt take kindky to liberties but know the time/place always drawing male attention (he knows but he has been told i have eyes for him only, and i really have),matured as a person, homely, dont party, no baggage, he can c im honest & loves my house, car, ambition,kindness & sensuality, very private, been very space giving to him, but text him every week to 2 weeks,and rare occasion twice in a week then not for a while, so he knows im still there, and theres no pressure about relationships/comitment etc. We have been intimate & he is shy with me and says i have a power over him and he never thought id ever so much as look at him. (quite the opposite. he is quiet, peaceful & into longterm.Perfect 4 me).............. THIS IS HIM: He has a dead end job, a full time daughter, split froma 14 year realationship a 2-3 years ago & came out hurt and the ex pays her child no mind. He has no vehcle and has had to go back home to his parents and hasnt got a great cashflow & wants to opena store and says his life is hectic or he would have settled b4 now even........... General: He has stopped responding to texts and doesnt always answer calls but when he does he is pleased to hear me and told me it will take time for him to get comfortable with me and he now sounds more relaxed. I have met his child who doesnt take to many but took to me immediately, and we knew each other from a distance for quite a long time and he was also happy for me to do business with his mother and I know his family VERY closely from b4.He bit my neck so it would be seen by other men & got a bit possesive and THEN he pulled back. I asked if we were ok edventuall and he said "absolutly" but he is just in a hectic schedual. (He says people be straigh forward in what they says, so i accepted it but its been 8 months with little movement) He thought I may be aggressive at firt but has seen no signs to clarify. Just softness & he sees through EVERYTHING.Please give me your personal Taurian opinion as a Taurus, or someone who has had very close longtermexperince with one. Please give your date of bith if u r a Taurus because I work the sun signs on different dates to westernised astrologers & some reponders beleive themself to be a sign they may be using the westernised system, but be different uing the vedic system and also their moon matters as he has sun moon and ascendant in Taurus in both styles of astrology which is rare. Do you thinks he hopes i will go away? That he is trying to sort his lif out and proceed? or that he is scoping me out to make sure he doesnt get hurt again. I am genuine but my time is not to be spent friveously on something unless its genuine,but if its not there will have naturally been a karmic lesson in it.
