tattoos, piercings and unnatural colored hair at a conservative jewish wedding?

My fiance converted to Judaism (by choice) so that we can have a jewish wedding. My future mother in law, father in law, brother in law and two sister in laws have body modifications that would be highly offensive to the temple we are getting married in. This is the temple I belonged to my entire life. I was bat mitzvah-ed by this rabbi and he has always expressed his opinions on this subject and I wouldn't want to offend him either.

Would it be rude to tell them how to dress at the ceremony? How would I even go about doing that with out being rude? I included "Guests are Requested to Dress Modestly" on our invitation as most of my jewish friends have put on their invitations. No one from his side has asked about the dress code. Do I need to clarify? Especially with the topic of hair color... (neon blue) which out of all the body modification is the LEAST of my worries.
