Tattoo artist in Pittsburgh that is good with stars and/or line art?

I'm looking to get a tattoo and I'm trying to find an artist/shop in Pittsburgh that is good with line art, particularly stars. The tattoo I have in mind is very similar to the one Rhianna has on the back of her neck, only I want it wrapped from my collar bone over my shoulder. Thoughts? Suggestions on places? Thanks!
