It's like we jumped ten steps back in the last few days. I dunno if it's from storms or what, but I've lost all control at a trot. He listens perfectly at a walk and lope, but when he trots he trots a little faster then his lope. I tried half halts, circles, asking him to collect himself, asking him to walk, nothing works. He is completely unresponsive to the pressure on the bit. He will slide to a stop at a lope with barely/no pressure on the bit at a lope when I use body and voice, but it's stubborn as a ox at a trot. It's not pain, no lameness, no head bobbing, no tossing his head around, checked the tack, he does it bareback, too, I've checked his back for pain like my friend showed me to and nada.
