Okay so here's some info:
I'm a girl, 5'6" tall and I currently weigh 150lbs. My goal weight is a healthy 120lbs.
In the beginning of the summer I weighed about 160lbs, I became tired of being overweight so this summer; I stopped snacking too much, especially at night, etc. I eat healthier. This is how I dropped 10lbs at a pretty steady pace. Ever since about 3-4 weeks ago, my weight doesn't change. I don't go above 150 or lower than.
My big guess is that I've lost all the weight I can with just eating healthy so now I obviously have to bring in the next best thing! EXERCISE!!!
So here's my question: What are some great workouts I can do? What do you do? Know any fun routines?
