taking Pre-Natal complex vitamins;Iam not pregnant?

You have not mentioned whether your doctor
prescribed these.
If not, a careful diet and milk will keep you
healthy during the period of pregnancy.
 
Iam taking Vitamin World's brand pre natal complex vitamins...the serving is 4 tablets a day for NURSING woman and its 100 percent in nutrients when taking 4...wondering if anybody out there is taking prenatals who arent preganant for the beneficial nutrients it gives you...also wondering how many you are taking...Im sticking to 2 a day but not sure if i should go down to 1 a day...i dont want to get sick, let me know thanks!! <3
