taking out a piercing for sports?

ok, I want to get my nose pierced, and I'm a junior in high school. My sports season is over, and it doesn't start again for about 5 months, give or take. If I do get my nose pierced, I'm not allowed to play sports with any visible piercings. My question is, can I take out a nose piercing for volleyball and basketball games? Or will it close up in that time?
ok, don't tell me not to get one, cuz that's just dumb. I'm getting one, I'm asking a question and answers such as "do not get one" don't address the issue at hand. Thank you.
 
DONT GET A NOSE RING! youll regret it later when u sneeze its a big prob also if ur plain sports it wont be too good
