lately it has been a battle between my son's mom and i ever since i had a well check done on her because my wife seen her do drugs, just lately she went to a lawyer and seen what rights she has, the lawyer handed her guide lines on visition she treats that thing like gold, she tells me that i should follow everything it says, i told her no it wansn't signed by a judge so it doesn't have anything to do with us, she just lately told me that i can only have my son every other weekend, i asked her y because i threatened the cops and a lawyer on her, i never did no such thing, so for me doing that, this is what i get. i told her on thusday that i would be picking up my son on saturday. saturday came around i texted her and asked when i could pick him up, she gave me a big hassle saying i have to give her a notice, i told her i did give you a notice, the texting went on for a hour er two, i only text her to have everything recorded..finally she told me that i could see him, i told her that she has already caused me enough crap that i will pick him two saturdays from now, she said she had plans with our son, i told her that is my time. she said if you don't pick him up today that i forfiet my rights to see him untill i take her to court, i could right on and on about my sitution but there isn't enough room to fit it all, i would like some help if anyone has any, im starting to pull my hair out, i love my son,but my ex is freakin nuts....
